As the name suggests, this tab included the latest posts made with the hashtag in question. In the new design only Main and reels tabs, users will be able to see popular posts with hashtag and Reels videos. The company explained the reason for the change on social media.

Instagram announces new hashtag page
In the announcement shared on the Instagram Comms Twitter account, the change in question part of their goal of increasing the importance of hashtags to people stressed that.
In another tweet, the company shared a screenshot of the new hashtag page, saying, “We want to see if this helps people connect with more interesting and relevant content on hashtags, while also engaging them with up-to-date content.”
Search for a topic in the Explore section of Instagram with the # symbol at the beginning. (for example: #shiftdeletenet) You can reach the hashtag page. Even if you don’t follow, you can see the posts made by users whose accounts are public, with that hashtag.
Instagram in 2018 follow hashtag pages launched the feature. In the first place, only photos and videos could be seen on this page, but later on, posts made with the short-form video format Reels began to be placed.
