The initiative aims to distribute a significant portion of the platform’s tokens among its users in four stages. Therefore, this airdrop marks an important milestone for the project and its dedicated community. The announcement was made by the project’s founder, nicknamed Meow. Accordingly, as part of the airdrop strategy, Jupiter will allocate four billion tokens, equivalent to 40% of the total supply of 10 billion tokens.
Meanwhile, the first phase of the airdrop is the one that will start next week. At this stage, the project will distribute a staggering 1 billion tokens to users who are actively engaged in the protocol. The eligibility requirement for users for this stage is to have a trading volume of at least 1,000 dollars on the platform. The eligibility list includes 955,000 wallets in a snapshot on November 2. This underlines the inclusive nature of the awards programme.
Boxing legend Shiba Inu (SHIB) joined the ecosystem
In another major wave in the crypto ecosystem, boxing legend Manny Pacquiao announced a partnership with meme coin Shiba Inu (SHIB), which has since sparked a stir among community members.
