The Ministry of Justice has been keeping vehicles under enforcement proceedings in trustee parking lots for years. However, the Ministry, which wants to deliver these goods to their owners or introduce them to new customers, started a new process on November 1. A detailed statement on the subject came from Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç.

As you know, there are legal restrictions such as traffic bans, wrong parking, unpaid fines, liens, etc. Cars seized by the state are kept in trustee car parks. The expected decisions have been made in the trustee car parks, which have turned into a kind of garbage dump with vehicles that have been waiting for many years, rather than large car parks.

As of November 1, a new application has been implemented in order to evaluate seized properties more efficiently. Making a statement on the issue, Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç made some warnings to vehicle owners and customers.

Turkey’s wind energy potential reached 100 thousand MW. It is aimed to meet 25 percent of electricity needs from wind within 20 years.

Accordingly, the Customs Administration will be able to receive goods that are not in free circulation until November 10. Between 20-30 November, those who owe money will be able to pick up their vehicle by paying the fee. Additionally, between 1-10 December, the lien holder will be able to exercise his right.

The Minister of Justice stated that the Liquidation Department will officially start sales transactions as of December 10. Unsold goods will be delivered by trustee sale. Accordingly, the Machinery and Chemical Industry (MKE AŞ) will have the right to purchase these goods at the scrap price within one month.

Finally, the ownership of the goods waiting in the parking lot will be transferred to the Red Crescent by the decision of the enforcement court. It should be noted that there are nearly 2 million 200 thousand vehicles in total in trustee car parks, but many of them are not usable.
