Whether someone really becomes a boss does not only depend on talent, studies, specialist knowledge or luck. Personality is also important to a large extent.
Matthias Sutter knows which character traits increase the likelihood of ending up in the executive chair. The behavioral economist is Director at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods in Bonn and author of the book “The Human Factor – or What Matters in Working Life”.
