Hepsiemlak, operating under Doğan Holding and one of Turkey’s largest real estate-focused platforms, made an important acquisition today. The company is another real estate platform Bought Zingat.
Doğan Companies Group Holding announced the agreement regarding the acquisition of Zingat Gayrimenkul AŞ through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). Zingat, From Property Finder Group Purchased.

In the notification made by Doğan Holding to KAP, the agreement to purchase all shares of Zingat was announced. Financial details were not included. It was also stated that the share transfer process will be completed after the approval from the Competition Board. It was also reported that Zingat’s owner, Property Finder Group, is expected to become a partner in Hepsiemlak.
Zingat, an online real estate platform, in 2015 It was established in partnership with Doğuş Group and REIDIN. The platform, which is used especially for home rental and purchase transactions, received investment from Property Finder Group in 2017.
