Oberding – Evil lurks underwater.

Anyone who dares to venture into these pools will feel a touch of deathly lust. There are no goldfish or seahorses here. Body parts and skeletons float around in the horror pool.

If you dive along the bottom, you will find tombstones and crucifixes. Scary creatures dive through the dark waters, scare Halloween fans.

“We have hired divers who dress up with capes and scare the guests,” says Robert Walter (52), owner of the “Diver’s Indoor” diving center in Oberding.

A dream comes true for Walter. “I wanted to celebrate Halloween underwater last year. That didn’t work because of Corona. Now it finally works, ”says the horror fan.

His diving center is being transformed into an underwater ghost train this Halloween. Danger lurks in every corner.

A HORROR SPECTACLE!

A dive through the underworld takes 30 to 60 minutes. “Depending on how long the oxygen bottle lasts,” says Walter.

Two million liters of water flow through the eight basins. It’s 4.60 meters deep. The gates of hell are only open to horror fans with a diving license.

The food for the dive also has a creepy treat: the menu includes zombie pus juice (pumpkin soup), Dracula’s Brut transfusion with eyeballs (tomato soup with croutons), grilled chest on blood sponge (sparerips with red potato salad and fresh zombie brain with cemetery soil ( Red fruit jelly).

Admission: 59 euros (registration online on the website) – Halloween menu included.
