Berlin For Robert Habeck, the matter is clear. “Russia is increasingly proving to be a factor of uncertainty in the energy system,” said the Federal Minister of Economics on Thursday. Habeck sees the danger of a serious gas crisis in winter as anything but averted – and has now announced a comprehensive response.
