According to the news announced in the PlayStation Blog post, Horizon: Forbidden West was released on PC just before the Ghost of Tsushima PC release date announcement.

Popular PlayStation game Ghost of Tsushima is on its way to PC. It was claimed that the production in question would also be released on the computer platform.
The game will have features specific to the PC version. These include support for ultrawide monitors with resolutions of 21:9, 32:9 and 48:9. It has also been confirmed that Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will support Nvidia DLSS 3 and DLAA, AMD FSR 3 and FSR 3 Native AA, and Intel XeSS. Thanks to these features, players will be able to further increase their frame rates and image quality.
Additionally, the controls will be fully customizable for both the joystick and mouse and keyboard arrangements. If players use DualSense, they will be able to experience all the haptic feedback and adaptive trigger features found in the PS5 version.

Ghost of Tsushima was first released for PS4 in 2020, to critical acclaim as an open-world action game where players attempt to resist the Mongol invasion in 13th-century Japan. In 2021, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut was released alongside the Iki Islands DLC for PS5. This is the version ported to PC.
