Dusseldorf, Frankfurt According to information from financial circles, Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof is offering the Belgian subsidiary Inno for sale. According to the circles, the ailing company is hoping for a sales price in the high double-digit million range for the department store chain with 16 locations. The company did not comment on this when asked.

Galeria is currently in insolvency proceedings under self-administration. The creditors of the trading company hope that they will get at least part of their claims back. But most of the creditors would not benefit from a sale of the Belgian subsidiary Inno.
