Planet Astro Slide 5G technical specifications
Announced at the CES 2022 event, the new Planet Astro Slide 5G resembles the Nokia E7 introduced nearly 12 years ago. These phones, which came from the BlackBerry and Nokia fronts at that time, appeared with 5G support at the end of the intervening years. Astro Slide 5G, which comes with a 6.39-inch 1080×2400 pixel resolution Gorilla Glass 3 protected AMOLED screen, is a bit thick due to the slider keyboard.
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G, which goes through the 7nm production process, the slider phone has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. In the model, which has a Sony signed and single 48 Megapixel camera on the back, typing becomes easier with the QWERTY keyboard.
13 Megapixel front camera, 4000 mAh battery and 30W fast charging power accompany the new Astro Slide 5G. Apart from these, we can only talk about the blue color option, Android 11 or Linux operating systems and microSD card support. The phone can be preferred as Android or Linux according to the user’s demand. At the same time, the manufacturer is trying to bring Sailfish OS support to the device.
