Elon Musk’s Hyperloop project is finally coming true!

In 2013, Elon Musk announced plans for a new transportation system for vehicles to travel more efficiently at high speeds. Stating that vehicles can accelerate to 1000 km/h with the help of low-pressure tunnels with the Hyperloop project, Musk established The Boring Company to implement this plan.

This company has so far only been content with making tunnels instead of the hyperloop project. The company, which has built a 4.3 km underground tunnel in Las Vegas, provides transportation here with Tesla branded vehicles. However, this seems to change in the near future.

Can Elon Musk solve Istanbul’s traffic problem?

Musk made a ‘hyperloop’ comment under the list of cities with the worst traffic in the world, including Istanbul.

Boring Company begins full-scale Hyperloop testing!

The Boring Company announced on Twitter that it will begin testing the first “full-scale” Hyperloop system this year. After this announcement, we can expect a great development within the year for the long-awaited new transportation technology.

Hyperloop aims to take it underground by targeting aircraft to reach high speeds by taking advantage of low pressure at high altitudes. In this way, the company, which plans to significantly reduce the duration of the journeys, argues that this system has many advantages.

Hyperloop, which will not waste time during landing and take-off unlike airplanes, also wants to eliminate the necessity of arriving at the airport early to board the plane. Elon Musk stated in a statement that they can also reduce logistics costs by using this system between Tesla’s factories.

If this technology enters our lives, there is a chance to reduce the travel time between Istanbul and Ankara to half an hour. So what do you think about Hyperloop? Give your feedback in the comments section or SDN ForumYou can share it with us.
