eFootball has announced the clubs that will participate in Championship Pro 2022!

As of today, KONAMI has announced the calendar of the eFootball Championship 2022 and the participating clubs. The competition consists of two different tournaments, the eFootball Championship Pro and the eFootball Championship Open.

eFootball Championship Pro pits professional esports teams from eight of Europe’s best clubs in a three-week match. Clubs competing in this year’s tournament will be FC Barcelona, ​​Manchester United, FC Bayern München, Arsenal, Celtic FC, AS Monaco, AS Roma and Galatasaray. The details of the tournament are as follows:

  • 4 Saturday, June: Draw of lots
  • Saturday & Sunday, 11 – 12 June – Group Stage 1 & 2
  • Saturday & Sunday, 18 – 19 June: Group Stage 3 & 4
  • 25 Saturday, June: Quarterfinals & Semi-Finals
  • 26 Sunday, June: Third Place Match & Final

The eFootball Championship Open is an open competition where eFootball™ 2022 users from around the world can enter and compete on a number of platforms, including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox ONE and Steam.

This year, participants will also be able to compete on mobile on both iOS and Android devices at the World Finals of the eFootball Championship Open. The Championship Schedule is as follows:
