EA Removes Online Support for Dozens of Legendary Games!

Electronic Arts has also added some legendary games to its catalog of games that will be discontinued online. These games included Red Alert 3 and Mirror’s Edge.

The giant name of the game world, EA, has made an update to the list of content that will be cut from online support in the near future. With the update, many productions that made their name in the game history joined the list.

Among the games that Electronic Arts will cut online support Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, Mirror’s Edge, Productions such as NBA Jam: On Fire Edition and Shank 2 participated. The games that will be discontinued online and their dates have been announced as follows:

Games that EA will discontinue online support for:

  • Army of Two: The 40th Day (October 20)
  • Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel (October 20)
  • Dragon Age: Origins – Multiplayer screenshot server (October 20)
  • Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 (November 9)
  • Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (November 9)
  • Command & Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath (November 9)
  • Mercenaries 2: World in Flames (November 9)
  • Onrush (November 30)
  • Mirror’s Edge (January 19)
  • NBA Jam: On Fire Edition (January 19)
  • Gatling Gears (January 19)
  • Shank 2 (January 19)

With the interruption of the online support of the games, players will not be able to play these productions again. It will not be able to play connected to EA servers. However, games that support multiplayer can now only be played in single player.
