The main task of unmanned sea vehicles will be to keep our territorial waters safe. These vehicles, which can act individually or in groups, will be able to detect enemies. If necessary, it will intervene. It will do this with the advanced sensors, communication technologies and weapon systems on them. In this direction, MIR SİDA, which was developed by ASELSAN and SEFİNE Shipyard, took part in the herd mission together with ALBATROS S.
Release missions in Mavi Vatan: ULAQ, SALVO, SANCAR, ALBATROS S and MİR SİDA models are ready!
ULAQ SİDA, which has been frequently featured in the press in the past years, was developed in partnership with ARES Shipyard and Meteksan Defense. Among its biggest rivals was SALVO, manufactured by Dearsan. However, SANCAR SİDA, which was developed in cooperation with Yonca-Onuk Shipyard and Havelsan, was also included in this competition.
Now, according to the social media sharing of Defense Industry President İsmail Demir, it has been revealed that 2 different models, ALBATROS S and MİR, perform a lot of test missions together. In this way, it was revealed what sea vehicles of different sizes and abilities can achieve with a herd architecture.
New feature for UAVs: The bird will not fly in the Aegean!
Defense Industry President İsmail Demir announced that after Anka, MİLSAR radar integration was carried out on Aksungur UAV.

We have entered the new phase of our Herd Unmanned Marine Vehicle Project! MIR, the new member of our Herd İDA family, and ALBATROS-S worked together. We realized the herd architecture, which we created with our IDAs of two different sizes and abilities, on the field.
We continue to develop our unmanned sea vehicles from several branches. In addition, we continue at full speed with our project in which IDAs move in droves, just as we do with UAVs. As it is known, we previously conducted a 4-pack trial with ALBATROS-S IDAs in our Herd IDA project. We are working hard to further develop this herd and include more complex capabilities. We have added MIR İDA as a new and bigger power to our version.
