Of course, when we look at this consumption not from the individual but from the family or social point of view, a huge consumption emerges. For example, if there are 5-10 chargers in an average house where 3-4 people live, when all of these devices are constantly plugged in, they will have an annual consumption of 60-70 TL.

This consumption value may seem too small to mean anything to individual users. However, when we look at Turkey in general and take the average of 20 million households in a similar way, we see that it causes an electricity consumption of 10 million TL per month and between 100 and 120 million TL annually.

Therefore, even though leaving a charger in the socket consumes little electricity, we should unplug these devices as much as possible when we are not using them, as it causes a great loss in Turkey and even in the world.
