DJI’s new drones Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Cine take the stage

DJI, one of the first companies that come to mind when it comes to drones, made its debut with its new products Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Cine. Offering a better sensor, dual camera system, versatile obstacle sensing, smarter flight modes and longer flight times, the DJI Mavic 3 is among the best drones ever.

DJI Action 2 introduced: Modular action camera!

DJI introduced the modular action camera Action 2, which draws attention with its dimensions. Here are the DJI Action 2 features and price with all the details!

Here are the DJI Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Cine features starting at $2,000

When we look at the Mavic 3 Cine features, we see that the high-end features meet us. Apple ProRes 422 can shoot HQ footage up to 50FPS at 5.1K. It has a built-in 1TB SSD that is not user replaceable. In addition, the Mavic 3 retains DJI’s familiar design lines. It also includes a dual camera system that allows us to take better quality photos.

The Mavic 3 does not come with ProRes or an onboard SSD. But it shares the same dual camera system powered by a 4/3 CMOS sensor. Both drones can shoot in 4K at up to 120fps and you can take 20 Megapixel photos. In addition to the main 24mm lens, there is also a hybrid zoom lens capable of 28x digital zoom.

Mavic 2 models can be used for approximately 31 to 34 minutes; These new models can offer 46 minutes of flight time.

DJI also introduced the first Hasselblad camera to be used in its drones in 2017. However, we have not come across the Hasselblad signature on DJI products since 2018. As in 2018, the company also features the Hasselblad Natural Color Solution, which promises natural colors.

The Mavic 3 can film in 10-bit D-log for greater control over color in post-processing. In addition to ProRes encoding, it can shoot in standard H.264 and H.265 profiles. However, this drone does not support HDR video.

Alongside all the camera improvements, DJI has also upgraded its autonomous capabilities for the Mavic 3. Just like its predecessors, the Mavic 3 has omnidirectional obstacle sensing. Compared to the previous 20m (65 feet) sensors; It can even detect objects 200 m (650 feet) away.
