Es scheint, dass das Gerücht von vor ein paar Wochen wahr ist, dass für den 9. Juni ein Xbox Games Showcase geplant ist, das um 10 Uhr PT/13 Uhr ET/1 Uhr HKT ausgestrahlt wird!
Dies wurde von Microsoft angekündigt, wo das Unternehmen auch neckte, dass a [Redacted| Direct will follow it, which is totally not Call of Duty.
According to Microsoft, this will be similar to last year’s Showcase where they featured Starfield Direct immediately following the Xbox Showcase. This follow up show will offer a special deep-dive into “the next installment of a beloved franchise,” which again, might or might not be Call of Duty (wink wink).
What to expect? While Microsoft is saving its megaton announcements for the show, the company did stress that this will be the first Showcase featuring games from the mega corporation’s portfolio of studios across Activision, Blizzard, Bethesda and Xbox Game Studios. Third-party titles will also be present at the show.

Wenn die Gerüchte wahr sind (wovon wir fest überzeugt sind), sollten wir mit Gears of War einen neuen Franchise-Eintrag sehen. Daneben erwarten wir das Erscheinen von Starfields Shattered Space DLC und möglicherweise die eine oder andere Überraschung.
Die große Frage hier ist natürlich: Wie viele der enthüllten Spiele werden auf konkurrierenden Plattformen erscheinen? Ich würde ziemlich viel wetten, da Microsoft sich offenbar von der Konsolenexklusivität abwendet und dafür riesige Mengen Geld bekommt … und ich kann es ihnen nicht verübeln.
