A MUM-OF-FOUR has been slammed after revealing all of the bizarre features inside her council house.
The mum showed all of the ‘quirky’ imperfections that come with a council house, and how some design choices were clearly not thought out.
In the clip, the mum, who lives in Wales said: “Things in my council house that DON’T make sense.”
First up was the teeny tiny skirting board across her walls which were so small they did nothing to protect the wall and had already started to chip off.
The mum who was stunned by the design added ‘WT*.’
Next was the fact that the property designer had put a vent right next to a cupboard door in the kitchen – meaning it wouldn’t work as well as it should.
Although the mum has done her best making the council house a home with her savvy DIY skills, there are some things she just can’t fix.
One of those being wonky walls and the staple council house texturised Artex ceilings.
Moving outside of the house, the mum also revealed she had an odd addition in her garden.
Slap bang in the middle of her back lawn was an unsightly raised manhole which she couldn’t cover up.
The video posted to her account @abitofme123 has since gone viral with over 1million views and 19k likes.
Trolls were quick to come out of the woodworks and slam the mum – telling her she should be grateful for even having a house.
One person wrote: “At least you have a home!! You’re lucky be grateful!!”
Another commented: “Very lucky to have a place.”
The mum replied: “I didn’t say I wasn’t lucky hun.”
Others were quick to share the other bizarre finds they’ve found in their council house that makes zero sense.
“My ceiling lights in every room aren’t in the middle of the room but beside the windows,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Not to mention the radiators at the windows boilers taking up whole storage cupboards and doors opening the wrong ways.”
“Don’t forget the woodchip wallpaper that’s easier to decorate over than take off,” claimed a fifth.
