Dusseldorf On the German stock market, investors are asking themselves: How far can this rally go? Renewed gains on Tuesday would mean that ten of twelve trading days would have ended with a plus at the end of trading.
This Tuesday, the Dax is taking a breather at the start. In the first hour of trading, the leading German index remained unchanged at 15,120 points. However, at the start of trading, the stock market barometer marked a new high for the rally since the end of September with 15,172 points and thus further expanded the best stock market start in its entire history.
Because in just eleven trading days, the stock market barometer has already risen by almost nine percent. This corresponds to a good annual return on the stock exchanges. Nothing has changed in the technical picture. Upside momentum is intact, but with the market overbought, rising too fast in too short a time, the risk of consolidation is increasing.
