Dax & dates in the daily stock market report

Dusseldorf A quiet trading day is emerging on the German stock market. In several federal states, Thursday is a public holiday due to Corpus Christi. Before the market, the Dax was slightly weaker on off-exchange platforms at 15,910 points. On Wednesday, the leading German index closed at 15,961 points in the middle of its two-month trading range.

Compared to the previous day’s close, this represents a minus of 0.2 percent. The Dax has been in a daily trading range of only around 100 points since last Friday.

There are only a few trade-moving dates on Thursday. In the USA, the weekly labor market data are published, from which investors are hoping for information about the further monetary policy of the US Federal Reserve.
