In view of the alarmingly rising number of corona infections in many European countries the World Health Organization (WHO) has called for course corrections. “At the moment we seem to be keen on the fact that (…) we only have to vaccinate a few people and then it’s all over. But that is not the case, ”warned WHO emergency aid coordinator Mike Ryan on Thursday in Geneva.
