Dusseldorf The search for the best talent in consulting and banking is intensifying. Germany’s largest auditors and consultancies want to fill 27,000 positions this year. The need for personnel is also high in investment banking due to the increased number of M&A deals. Insiders report starting annual fixed salaries of 120,000 euros – significantly more than before the pandemic.
Especially names like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan in investment banking, but also McKinsey or BCG in strategy consulting attract career starters with first-class salary opportunities and rapid advancement opportunities.
