Complaints about the Weltsparen interest rate platform are piling up

Frankfurt Thanks to the turnaround in interest rates, business is booming on the Weltsparen platform, which customers can use to invest money at various banks in Germany and abroad. However, just like the demand, the number of complaints from users has also increased.

Numerous customers are complaining about massive problems on the Trustpilot rating platform. Among other things, users complain that they have to wait weeks for large sums of money to be paid out, that incorrect account balances are displayed and that Weltsparen is difficult to reach by telephone.

Fintech Raisin, which operates the Zinspilot platform in addition to Weltsparen, acknowledges problems and promises improvements. The company continues to invest in customer service and build up capacities “in order to continue to offer a good service experience even with strong growth in business”.
