Exitcom Recycling, one of the leading companies in the recycling and environmental technologies sector, has implemented a training program called “Digital Transformation of Diversity: Journey to the Future with Gender Equality and Artificial Intelligence” together with the innovative training and consultancy institution Co-Founder Academy. This unique collaboration aimed to contribute to the professional and personal development of internal employees and to increase awareness of diversity and digital transformation necessary for a sustainable future.

Exitcom Recycling’s sustainability-focused mission and Co-Founder Academy’s innovative educational approach provided participants with comprehensive information about gender equality and the importance of artificial intelligence in the business world. The program also provided participants with practical skills on how to manage digitalization processes and integrate diversity in these processes.

The training series was given by Co-Founder Academy experts. Expert trainers such as Irmak Başoğlu, Meyra Derman and Muhammed İkitepe showed the participants the impact of diversity and digital technologies on business models and how to implement sustainable and ethical business practices.

A key component of the program is to focus on how artificial intelligence and digital transformation technologies can contribute to sustainability efforts. This is particularly important for Exitcom Recycling, which operates in the field of recycling and environmental technologies, in line with the company’s goals of reducing environmental impact and making its business processes greener.

With this joint training program, Exitcom Recycling wants to enable participants to create positive change not only within their own industry, but also in the business world in general. At the end of the program, the participants were aimed to be able to develop sustainable and diversity-friendly business models for their institutions and to effectively manage digital transformation processes.
