Binance In a statement on the subject, CEO Changpeng Zhao emphasized that France can be a natural location both because of its region and its regulations. Emphasizing that France is at the ideal location for a regional or even a global head office, CZ may have already completed the negotiations.
Speaking to French media group Les Echos, CZ talked about the challenges of creating physical spots and offices. Changpeng Zhao, who had a hard time in the days when global regulators rained on Binance, is considered to have overcome this unfortunate situation seen in the summer period for now.
Binance, which received warnings from many countries and changed the leverage ratios and removed some fiat currencies from the platform, was even sued by individual investors.
