Disneyland Employees Decided to Unionize

The world’s largest amusement park operator Disneyland, employs more than 1700 actors. These actors and actresses go to great lengths to meet Disney’s standards. The players have now announced that they have decided to join the union.

Gathering at the national employee relations meeting on Saturday Disney actors, decided to join the Actors Union and become a union. In this vote, 953 people voted to join the union, while 258 people voted against it. The name of the Disney actors’ group was Magic United.

Disney has been accused of treating its employees like fairy-tale villains.

The most important factor in Disney employees’ decision to unionize is Disney’s stance is shown. Players often complain about difficult working conditions and injuries. Disney had to give leave, although not voluntarily, to the employees who first announced that they would unionize in February.
