Interestingly, these burns came from a single wallet labeled “MARSWAP”.

The burning frenzy started about 13 hours ago to coincide with the launch of a new token, MARSWAP (MSWAP), on the ShibaSwap DEX. MSWAPhas imposed a 1% tax on all trades to reduce the massive supply of SHIB.

MSWAP is the native token of MARSWAP DEX, a trading platform to be launched on the much anticipated Shibarium Network.

This development meme coin marks the second consecutive day that the community has completed the monumental task of burning more than 1 billion SHIB tokens daily. The Shiba Inu Community managed to get rid of 1,240,951,903 (1.24 Trillion) SHIBs on May 23 in three separate transactions. Blaze Token broke a record with 1,238,951,893 (1.23 Trillion) SHIBs in a single transaction.

Users should note that the Shiba Inu team has nothing to do with Blaze and MARSWAP. These projects are nascent and are burning billions of SHIBs to attract the community. The SHIB community must remain vigilant and conduct extensive research when dealing with these new projects.

In other developments, the 19th largest SHIB Whale added $1,073,251 ($1.07 million) worth of 121,271,415,827 ($121.27 billion) SHIB to its portfolio in three separate transactions.
