There was no news for two days from Hasan Karacan, 34, and his brother, 31-year-old Hüseyin Karacan, who run a cafe in the Kestel district of Bursa.
It was alleged that the brothers disappeared after saying “we will commit suicide in the lake of Iznik”.
According to the latest information, the bodies of the two brothers who disappeared were found in Lake Iznik.
It has been claimed that the brothers who run the cafeteria committed suicide due to the high damage they caused in cryptocurrencies. Allegedly, the brothers, who lost a large amount of cryptocurrencies, explained this situation to those around them and said that we will commit suicide in the lake of İznik.
The Karacan brothers, who came to Iznik the day before the incident through a friend, were never heard from again.
With the participation of law enforcement officers from Bursa and Yalova, a study was initiated to find the two brothers. Reaching the clothes of the brothers on the shore of the lake, the teams later found their dead bodies.
While the bodies of the Karacan brothers were sent to the Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy, it was stated that the investigation into the incident continues.
