Binance US Opens Office on Solana Metaverse!

After Facebook changed its name to Meta, well-established companies began to enter the world of Metaverse.

Binance, the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange, which previously opened a virtual store on Bloktopia, continues its work in the field of Metaverse.

Binance US, the US arm of Binance, has announced that it will open an office on “Portals,” the Metaverse platform built on the Solana blockchain.

Portals recreates an urban environment where users can explore buildings and interactive rooms.

Chris Lund, Head of Community and Partnerships at Portals, tweeted:

“Binance.US is gaining a foothold in Portals Downtown by focusing on delivering the latest news and events virtually.”

Lund also added that FTX.US, the US arm of crypto exchange FTX, will also set up its own office in Portals.

Binance US spokesperson Zachary Tindall stated that the Metaverse virtual world should be a meeting place for stock market users and continued his words as follows:

“We are creating a space in the metadata for the Binance.US community to come together. This is the first of many steps forward as we reach our community in new environments.”

Recently, electronics giant Samsung announced that it has entered the world of Metaverse, launching the Metaverse version of the famous Samsung 837 store in New York in the popular Metaverse project Decentralanda.
