Binance Founds Three New Companies in Ireland

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has registered three new companies in Ireland.

Registered in Ireland as Binance (Ireland) Holdings last year, it registered three more companies on September 27: Binance (APAC) Holdings, Binance (Services) Holdings and Binance Technologies.

Changpeng Zhao, who is shown as the manager of all three, signed the necessary signatures for the installation on September 10 and 13, according to The Independent.

The addresses of the three new companies established are registered in a small building in the south of Dublin. It was reported that the installation phase was managed by a law firm in the country called Mason Hayes & Curran.
