Bitcoin exchange Binance made important announcements on its page today. Accordingly, Binance altcoin Chiliz (CHZ) 2.0 will continue its mainnet exchange. Additionally, spot trading and margin trading services will not be affected. Futures trading, Binance Earn and Binance Pay services will also be unaffected.
Binance altcoin CHZ announcement
Binance detailed the announcement of altcoin CHZ. Accordingly, deposits via BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) and Chiliz Legacy Chain must be made before certain dates (23 October, 30 October and 06 November). Deposits and withdrawals for Chiliz (CHZ) tokens via the Ethereum network (ERC20) will not be affected.
There is a suspension of deposits for the tokens mentioned above. Therefore, to prevent possible liquidation, users are advised to maintain a sufficient margin balance. On the other hand, Binance announced that it will meet the technical requirements for all users.
DOT slot auction and prizes
The lock-in period for the DOT Slot auction will end on October 24. It will also allow users to start using their locked DOTs starting October 26. Users who redeem their DOT can subscribe to DOT on Simple Earn Locked and Flex Products offering up to 13.9% APR.
On the other hand, starting from October 26, users who hold BDOT in their Spot Wallets can start using DOT with BDOT at a 1:1 ratio via the DOT Slot Auction page. Binance will delist the BDOT/DOT spot trading pair on October 26. It will also discontinue Trading Bots services for this pair. There are things users need to do to avoid possible losses. Accordingly, it is recommended to update and cancel the Trading Bots before the trading ends. Finally, on November 9, users’ remaining BDOT assets will be automatically exchanged for DOT at a 1:1 ratio. It will also be transferred to Spot Wallets.
Liquidity pool changes on Binance liquid exchange
Crypto exchange Binance Liquid Swap will review its liquidity pools to improve the trading experience. He will also make changes. Effective October 27, the following liquidity pools will be removed.
ADA/BUSD, BNB/BUSD, BTC/BUSD, BUSD/DAI. BUSD/USDT, DOGE/BUSD, ETH/BUSD, FIL/BUSD. GMT/BUSD, HOOK/BUSD, LINK/BUSD. LTC/BUSD, MATIC/BUSD, POND/BUSD. SHIB/BUSD, SOL/BUSD, UNI/BUSD.
