In a recent development, a prominent LINK whale made a series of transfers from Coinbase totaling 364,000 LINK worth $5.18 million. Over the past few weeks this whale moved 1.62 million LINK from the exchange to a wallet at an average transfer price of $14.55. However, this maneuver resulted in a volatile loss of $990,000.

Bitcoin and Ethereum moves attract attention

Another notable transfer involves an Ethereum (ETH) whale moving 2,345 ETH to Coinbase, amounting to approximately $5.09 million. ETH was transferred to the wallet four days ago and its estimated cost was $2,254. If sold after this transfer, there could be a potential loss of $200,000. Detailed analysis of the data reveals that an ETH whale transferred 4,360 ETH worth $9.57 million from Binance to Spark Protocol. The whale then loaned 4.72 million DAI, converted it to USDT, and deposited it back to Binance.

The address has processed similar transactions over the past two months, totaling 6,260 ETH and 6.83 million DAI, and its current health level is 1.64. Additionally, in the last 24 hours, an ETH whale withdrew 10,000 ETH (approximately $22.22 million) from Binance and deposited it to Blast. This address currently holds a total of 10,194 ETH and 3 million USDT on Blast, making it the third largest deposit address on the platform.

Whales are active on SHIB and BTC

Also surprisingly, Shiba Inu (SHIB) experienced a significant increase in large transactions. Thus, it reached 110.53 million dollars in the last 24 hours. Despite the recent price drop, major players completed 186 transactions, contributing to the total volume of SHIB 10.72 trillion. Data shows that large SHIB holders increased their positions by 6.32 trillion SHIB, a 407% increase compared to the previous day.

Additionally, Ember Monitoring reported a significant Bitcoin withdrawal of 500 BTC from Binance, worth approximately $20.68 million. Historical data shows the whale’s profitable moves, withdrawing BTC at an average price of $27,670 and then transferring 635.9 BTC to Binance at an average price of $40,085, resulting in a profit of $7.9 million.
