Steven Nerayoff and his legal team say Nerayoff was subjected to mistreatment by federal investigators between 2019 and 2023. It also alleges that false accusations were made against Steven Nerayoff. In this regard, he is seeking personal damages of $9.6 billion against the US government. According to the SF-95 file, Nerayoff also states that some government agents deliberately fabricated evidence to prosecute him for extortion, even though they knew the charges against him were false.
