This Bayern legend is still incredibly fit!
Zé Roberto (47) shows his amazing six-pack on “Instagram” (1.5 million subscribers). He writes: “It is easier to attract attention when you strive to the top.”
And links to ex-bodybuilder and “Terminator” Arnold Schwarzenegger.
It’s unbelievable how well Zé Roberto is still four years after his football career ended! He has received over 113,000 likes for his contribution. Several of his ex-teammates comment on the photo and are impressed.
The six-pack could also be an eight-pack, every part of the upper body looks extremely muscular. The Brazilian trains regularly and, in addition to strength exercises, also uses sprint sessions.
Zé Roberto played for Bayern for a total of six years (2002 to 2006 and 2007 to 2009) and won four doubles with the club (2003, 2005, 2006, 2008). Before that, he played for Bayer Leverkusen for four years from 1998.
He also played for HSV from 2009 to 2011. In total, he scored 39 goals and prepared 97 goals in 336 games in the Bundesliga. He ended his career in his native Brazil in 2017 with the first division club SE Palmeiras São Paulo.
Obviously, this did not lead to a deterioration in his training condition …
