Fan riot in Holland!
The second division game between Maastricht and Roda Kerkrade was canceled on Friday after 42 minutes when the score was 0-0.
The sad reason: There were bottles thrown and massive flaring of pyros on the part of the guest fans. After the game was interrupted by the referee, the violence between the two fan camps escalated. The police had to intervene.
After a 30-minute break, on the advice of the police, it was decided not to whistle the game again.
A decision on the Limburg Derby has not yet been made.
