Dusseldorf A car like something out of a science fiction film: 22-inch rims, an interior like the business class of an intercontinental flight, only without annoying screens or buttons. The user interfaces are simulated using special glasses. The steering wheel can be retracted, because this Audi naturally drives independently – the premium manufacturer presented its vision of an electric sports crossover with the Activesphere Concept on Thursday evening. The VW subsidiary calls it “progressive luxury”. Whether this car will ever become a reality – Audi does not say anything about that.
Visions can the Ingolstadt. The sister models Grandsphere, Skysphere and Urbansphere, all concept vehicles, are intended to show what ideas Audi has for the future.
