TAI GÖKBEY helicopter, which made its first flight on September 6, 2018, has been developed and appeared on the scene with versions produced for different purposes. TUSAŞ GÖKBEY, which has versions such as search and rescue, fire extinguishing, reconnaissance and surveillance, and special purpose use, has seriously pushed the limits in recent days.

TAI GÖKBEY, Turkey’s domestic and national multi-purpose helicopter, performed a 1-hour test flight at an altitude of 20 thousand feet. GÖKBEY, which remained in the air for 1 hour, flew at this altitude with both its single and twin engines. Cockpit images of the test flight were shared by TAI on the official X (Twitter) platform. Images taken from inside the cockpit, the clouds were under the pilots and the sun was shining, greeting GÖKBEY.
