Apple took the critical step for the virtual reality headset!

Apple brought together 100 of its top executives at a meeting held at the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park, months before WWDC 23. According to the Power On newsletter by Bloomberg, the meeting was a key milestone designed to promptly mobilize senior executives.

Over the years, while the development process was still in progress, some senior executives had seen this title, but it was more of a small-scale and presentation of products that were not fully formed. The meeting held at the Steve Jobs Theater was an event that was described as eye-catching and exciting by the participants.

But some problematic areas in the product’s design, notably the product’s $3,000 price tag and the use of an external battery, created expectations that it wouldn’t perform well initially, with a battery that was uncomfortable for testers and needed to be replaced every few hours. Lack of featured apps and limited media content are also other concerns.

Apple’s industrial design team is said to have opted for augmented reality glasses rather than a more traditional headset. At the end of the day, however, management concerns were addressed and accepted for product launch. It was also endorsed by the company’s CEO, Tim Cook. Regardless of the condition of the product, it is thought that there will be a buyer and Apple will maintain its leading position in the market.
