Apple was caught on ACM’s radar last January for its behavior in its plan to allow dating apps in the App Store to use in-app purchases. At that time, the Dutch institution had forwarded a correct wrong warning to Apple, as it did not allow it to use third-party payment methods.

ACM welcomes Apple’s current move. The adjusted offer should provide strict terms for dating app providers who want to use the App Store. Until the end of last week, Apple still did not meet the requirements of ACM. Therefore, Apple has to pay a maximum penalty of $ 55 million.
