An important series of Samsung may be discontinued!

Samsung is a company that produces phones for every class, from the most affordable to the flagship, and wants to dominate the market. The Galaxy A series, on the other hand, has an important place in the middle segment for Samsung. The company, which has achieved success in the middle class with its A5x phones, may think that the A7x models do not perform the same. As a result, we may not see a possible Galaxy A74. So why?

Galaxy A74 may not come out!

According to the Galaxyclub report, Samsung is planning to discontinue the Galaxy A7x series. This means that we may not see the Galaxy A74, which we expect to be released in 2023. The report points out that there are leaks about phones such as the Galaxy A54 and A14, which are thought to be introduced next year, but there is no information about the Galaxy A74.

Let us also remind you that the Galaxy A74 is not seen in any certification list. When looked at like this, it is clear that we will never see the Galaxy A74 model, at least for a while.

Why would Samsung do such a thing?

With the replacement of J models by A series phones in 2019, the series has become even more important. Although the Galaxy A phones, which are neither in the price performance nor the flagship segment, aim to be value for money, the A7x models have become very powerful over time. The fact that these phones are too sufficient for daily use may have been a reason, thus affecting the sales of flagship class phones.

It’s clear that there has been a change of strategy within Samsung’s smartphone division lately. In other words, some changes can be made on the Galaxy A series. Of course, it is possible to take a look at other series as well. However, it is useful to remind that all these are just rumors for now.
