We have reported that the CEO of Binance was angry and spoke harshly at the latest comments about the FTX events.
Responding to Cz, the former CEO of FTX accused Cz of lying after SBF said “you won”.
Here is what SBF shared:
“You won.
No need to lie about the buying process anymore.
We started the acquisition talks with you because we thought it was important to our business.
Even though your bargaining tactics disappointed me, I still chose to do it.
You threatened to leave at the last minute if we didn’t give you the extra $75 million.
But you still don’t need any of these.
You won. Why are you lying about this?
Among other things, you didn’t even have the right to withdraw if we didn’t agree (meaning leaving FTX). Most of the assets were still locked.”

Binance CEO Cz responded to SBF.
Stating that there was no winner at the end of this event, Cz said that they did not compete with FTX and that they could veto many fundraising transactions during their time as investors, but they never used it.
Cz gave the message “you should have learned this by now” so that you can focus on yourself and not on us.
