“A former colleague of mine from London, a nice guy, highly intelligent, very clean career with no known rule violations, father of four children, testified in court: I didn’t know that I was doing something wrong. Because it was normal market behavior,” said von Schmettow. “He is now serving his multi-year prison sentence in the United States.”
