Berlin Even if the number of advertised positions is currently declining slightly, job seekers still have very good chances. Experts for MINT professions, i.e. talents from the fields of mathematics, computer science, natural and engineering sciences and technology, are particularly in demand. According to the Institute of the German Economy (IW), there was a shortage of around 330,000 MINT specialists across Germany in October 2022 – this is the second highest value measured.
