According to data from IntoTheBlock, the 154% increase in large transactions involving Shiba Inu in the last 24 hours indicates that meme coin whales are on the move. Large transaction fluctuations are typically linked to the increased activity of whales buying or selling coins worth more than $100,000.
However, according to crypto data provider WhaleAlert, in two parts, $37,375,684 worth (3,377,867,790,724 units) SHIB and $42,932,556 worth another (3,914,263,607,418 units) SHIB moved between wallets.
Koinfinans.com As reported by the meme coin, the meme coin surged to highs of $0.0000118 on October 27, but has since bounced back to the $0.0000106 levels. Shiba Inu price movements like these often trigger a spike in large trades.
Additionally, WhaleStats’ analysis of the top 100 Shiba Inu owners reflected a 50% increase in active addresses as crypto whales led to an increase in the number of large transactions. The average SHIB balance in this whale category has risen slightly (2.45%) over the past 24 hours.
The Shiba Inu was also among the top 10 assets in terms of trading volume among the 2,000 largest ETH whales.

Currently, the top 500 ETH whales are holding $133,187,605 worth of SHIB.
Mysterious whale’s meme coin purchase
A mysterious whale recently added 3.94 trillion SHIB to its portfolio, according to data from Etherscan. The data shows that the whale received these meme coins in two separate transactions. The initial transaction contained 26,333,275,694 SHIBs worth $288,612 at the time of purchase. The second transaction involved 3,940,596,883.112 (3.94 Trillion) meme coins worth $43.18 million.
