Is YouTube Responsible for the Hacking Incident?
The founder of the Box Mining account said in a post on his Twitter account:
“Has my YouTube account been hacked? He suddenly posted a video on my account but I didn’t upload anything. Fortunately, we were able to delete the video as soon as it was released.”
Box Mining also said that although there were no bugs that could allow hackers to access their account, hackers somehow bypassed two-factor authentication (2FA) and took over their account.

When the Binance Smart Chain address, where money is requested to be sent in the videos, was examined, it was seen that only 9 transactions were made and these transactions were around 850 dollars.
Although the hacking incident brought to mind whether there was a security vulnerability originating from Youtube, there was no explanation from YouTube.
