What is Youth Card? Don’t apply
With the Youth Card application launched by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, young people will be able to participate in artistic events free of charge or at a discount. According to the information provided, the Youth Card can be used to participate in events within the scope of museums and historical sites affiliated to the ministry, General Directorate of Fine Arts, General Directorate of State Theatres, Presidential Symphony Orchestra and Atatürk Cultural Center.
Young Card can only be obtained by people who are 18 years of age. It can be used for one year after purchase. In other words, this card enables young people who have just reached adulthood to benefit from various entertainment and opportunities during their first year of adulthood.

How to apply for Youth Card?
The application process for the Young Card has not started yet. Young people who turn 18 will be able to apply through the e-Government platform. Applications are expected to start soon.
The Young Card statement made by the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, is as follows;
“Our young people will be able to benefit from the events that will be staged in our cultural and artistic institutions, from the Presidential Symphony Orchestra to our State Theatres, from our General Directorate of Fine Arts to the State Opera and Ballet and Atatürk Cultural Center, free of charge, once only. With this culture and art project, which 18-year-olds can use for a year, museums and historical sites affiliated with our Ministry will also be free of charge. Young people, you can apply for GençKart via e-government.”
