Yemeksepeti and Banabi won’t open! (Update)

Yemeksepeti users are facing an access problem. The popular food ordering application came to the fore with a technical malfunction in the last half hour. Users could not log in to the platform from both the mobile application and the website.

The exact reason for this technical problem is not known yet. However, the company informed its users that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible. On the other hand, this problem started to show up not only in Yemeksepeti, but also in Banabi, the grocery order department.

Yemeksepeti, one of Turkey’s largest online food and grocery ordering platforms, announced that it has changed its CEO.

Why does Yemeksepeti not work, what is the technical fault screen?

Users who want to see Yemeksepeti on Android and iOS devices are faced with a warning screen. On this screen, “An error has occurred. Please try again later.” note is included. It is currently not possible to switch to another page from this screen.

Users entering Yemeksepeti.com encounter this error screen.

When we log in to Yemeksepeti.com via the browser, we see a warning titled Technical Failure. Under the title, “There was a technical problem with the system, our technical team is dealing with it. We will solve the problem as soon as possible and get back to you. Thank you for your patience.” message is included.

Update: Problem fixed

The problem in Yemeksepeti is over. Users began to access the platform through both the mobile application and the browser. Yemeksepeti and Banabi continue to serve from where they left off.
