Jauch shows his skills as a first aider
An illustrious group of celebrities came to “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” on Thursday evening. The annual donation marathon gave the guests of quizmaster Günther Jauch (66) the opportunity this year to win a tidy sum for the RTL foundation “We help children”.
The four stars were aware of the responsibility: singer Max Mutzke (41), moderator Andrea Kiewel (57), author Bastian Bielendorfer (38) and moderator Jan Köppen (39) shook their knees at the beginning of the celebrity special.

Mutzke was the first to sit on the council chair and commented on the opening melody: “Now I’m getting scared.” Nevertheless, he was able to earn 64,000 euros and was replaced shortly afterwards by Jan Köppen, who also lost his head: “Here is the front really a sh*t feeling!”
First aid exercise in front of the camera
When asked the 2000 euro question, the new “jungle camp” moderator did not hesitate for long. Jauch wanted to know: “Whereas, among other things, is the back of the patient’s hand usually placed on his cheek…
A: Heimlich maneuver, B: stable lateral position, C: cardiac massage, D: acupuncture?
Köppen was certain: “Actually, it should be B, the stable lateral position. I kind of memorized that.” At the same time, he admitted: “It’s been ages since my last first aid course.”
That brought Jauch onto the scene, who suddenly wanted to see full action: “It’s been mine now… 50 years! And for this anniversary we try the stable lateral position. You lie down!” Köppen joked: “Should I gasp or something?” – but then threw himself so authentically and hard on the floor that he earned applause for the cinematic performance.
Jan Köppen had to brush up on his first aid skills
Jauch grabbed Köppen’s arm and desperately tried to get the moderator into the right position. However, it never occurred to him to support the hard-working Jauch: “I can’t take part. I’m helpless.”
Andrea Kiewel, however, had watched closely and finally praised Jauch: “Everything is correct.” Shortly thereafter, Jan Köppen, exhausted, sat down on the advice chair again: “Now I have a circulatory system.” Nevertheless, he also earned a tidy sum: 64,000 euros came from him for “We help children” together.
“Dancing Sausage” makes for laughs
This evening was about a good cause – so any heckling and help from celebrity colleagues was happily ignored. This was also the case for Andrea Kiewel, who had to decide between the answer options A: washing machines, B: plates and cups, C: electric toothbrushes and D: toilet bowls when asked “Where is the trend towards models without a rim?”.
Jan Köppen helped and said: “Oh, I think I have to go.” so I have that at home.”
Not only did the audience burst out laughing, but Andrea Kiewel could hardly contain himself: “It will be the next Mallorca hit: ‘There the sausage is dancing!'”
Bielendorfer made it up to the 64,000 euro question at Jauch
Köppen apparently imagined the scene visually and alluded to Bielendorfer’s TV appearances: “Do you moderate it with ‘Let’s Dance’?” He went one step further and joked: “She dances better than me, to be honest. ”
Celebrities earn 317,000 euros
For Kiewel, the evening was a complete success alongside lots of laughter: 125,000 euros went into the donation pot. Bastian Bielendorfer added 64,000 euros.
Together with the 64,000 euros each earned by Max Mutzke and Jan Köppen, a total of 317,000 euros will go to the RTL aid organization “We help children”.
