WhatsApp will not work on devices with Android 5.0 and older operating systems
WhatsApp is withdrawing support from 6 more smartphones with Android operating system. Starting from October 24 (tomorrow), WhatsApp will not be supported on smartphones with Android 5.0 and older operating systems. Here are the devices for which support has been withdrawn;
- Samsung Galaxy Note 4
- Samsung Galaxy S5
- Google Nexus 7
- Sony Xperia Z
- LG Optimus G Pro
- HTC One
On the other hand, WhatsApp is using some innovations to increase the experience of its users. Finally, the platform introduces a feature that allows users to switch between two accounts. Recently, Mark Zuckerberg, the owner of Meta, introduced a feature that allows users to switch between two accounts.
One of the sensitive points of the platform in recent days has been privacy. As it is known, WhatsApp has introduced periodic messages as well as images that have been viewed once before. Meta is now working on voice messages that delete themselves after a while.
