Dusseldorf The interview is over, the acceptance is there: concrete job offers initially leave applicants with positive emotions. There is the good feeling of being asked, of being valued for one’s abilities and, last but not least, the certainty of having prevailed against the competition. And: job changes are often associated with a higher status, new titles and higher salaries.
But the truth is also that applicants like to be carried away to a decision at this emotional moment without having gathered enough details about the new company beforehand.
Evaluate job promises in a structured way
The application expert Nane Nebel is the author of the book “The CEO Selection” and knows what is important when deciding for or against the next top job.
